About

Jenn DiLeo has been an English instructor in New York for 21 years, and she teaches yoga in the Hudson Valley. She is an RYT 200 yoga instructor certified in Vinyasa, Trauma Sensitive, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, and she currently offers private instruction and teaches at Stone Wave Yoga in Gardiner, NY.
Jenn will soon publish her debut book, No Added Sugar: How To Swim in Honey Without Eating It, a unique collection of nonfiction narratives, poetic prose, and verse that detail her struggles with chronic pain, change, anxiety, and how impossible it can seem to eliminate the patterns that erode the human spirit.
A former smoker, Jenn has committed herself to sitting with discomfort without alcohol, sugar, processed food, and toxic negativity, all of which at one point have impacted her life, and she vows to live as cleanly and purely as she can, for she believes there is an answer to her chronic pain and that transformation is possible if you're willing to whittle away at your habits and plunge deep into the waters of consciousness.

Change is possible if you're willing to listen to your body and sit with pain.
